Hydrate: Drink lots and lots of water as it keeps your skin hydrated.
Fruitilicious: Eat at least one fruit a day as it helps getting that natural glow.
Getting physical: Exercise at least 30 minutes a day as it helps removing toxins out from your skin.
Less is more: Avoid using as little make up as possible up as it helps your skin breathe.
Skin protection: Use sun protecting moisturiser/cream to block your skin from excessive light and pollution.
