I love fitness especially weightlifting. Today I am doing squats and using the leg press machine to work on those leg muscles, to keep them toned and to build strength.
I don’t follow a particular diet but eating healthy is key!
A good breakfast, plenty of fruit, vegetables, water and protein is what I would recommend for anyone working out!
